This year's Christmas luncheon was enjoyed by club members and guests alike. The program included a reading by Rotarian Rich Fisher (a Ukrainian Christmas story), the turkey raffle drawn by Colin Rousseaux and President John Lark and a thank you and rotary calendar presentation to serving staff at the facility. Guests included some spouses, 2 Rotaractors and Robin Rousham, retired member. Kokoro, our exchange student from Japan and Mohamad and Shoq Othman, from Syria,  each addressed the attendees expressing thanks and season's greetings. Mohamad treated guests to a performance on his oud. The luncheon ended with Christmas carols including a Canadian version of the 12 Days of Christmas.  Angela Kelly served as choirmaster. The fellowship was wonderful, the meal delightful and the event wrapped up the year in a most festive way. Members are reminded that the next club meeting is Monday, January 16, 2017.
