Where: Jack Purcell Community Centre (320 Jack Purcell Lane off Elgin Street). Parking
available near Community Centre and on nearby streets. We are in Room 101 which has a
modern renovated kitchen.
Why: The Rotary Club of Ottawa has been sponsoring the Rotaract Club of Ottawa for almost
20 years. Rotaractors are young professionals, university and college students. Past
President Eva Hammond was instrumental in creating the Rotaract Club of Ottawa and initiated
the Chilly Chili event.
Food: Rotarians bring the chili, salads, bread,
beverages.)
