Annual Dues
Individual Member
Annual membership dues are payable by members. The fee in 2023-24 is $295 - most of which goes to Rotary International and our District 7040 to support their ongoing operations. The remainder pays for club operational and administrative expenses. In this way, all money raised by the club and its members through fundraising or through our Rotary Children's Foundation can then be used for charitable purposes.
Corporate Member
Annual membership dues are payable by Corporate Members in the amount of $495 per annum which will entitle the corporation to designate up to three members to participate in Rotary activities as corporate designee members.
Dues for Dual Rotaract and Rotary Members
Annual membership dues for dual Rotaract and Rotary members are designed to make the introduction into Rotary more affordable. Until age 30, dual members would pay their Rotaract dues plus the Rotary International and District 7040 base dues. After age 30 and until the age of 40, for the first three years of Rotary membership, the dues would be equivalent to the Rotary International and District 7040 base dues only. For the period of July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, the Rotary International dues ($126) and District 7040 dues ($52.00) total $178.00.
Dues for “Under 40” Individuals
Annual membership dues for young professionals under the age of 40 years are discounted to make the introduction into Rotary more affordable. For the first three years of membership, the dues would be equivalent to the Rotary International and District 7040 base dues, plus $50 for the club.
Dues for Family Members
Annual membership dues for family members are discounted to make Rotary membership more affordable. The Spouse/Partner Family Member pays 50 percent of an Individual Member’s club fees and 100 percent of the Rotary International and District fees.
Prorating Annual Dues
The Rotary year is from July 1 to June 30. When a Member joins Rotary mid-year or near year end, the annual dues for that year would be pro-rated based on months, starting in January.
